This help center is your go-to reference for everything Chykalophia-related. It covers how we work, how to use your website, and how to manage the tools and accounts connected to your project.
You do not need any technical knowledge to use it. Every guide is written in plain language for business owners and their teams.

How the help center is organized
The help center is divided into sections. Each section covers one topic area. Here's an overview of the main areas:

How to find what you need
Use the search bar
The fastest way to find an answer is to type your question into the search bar at the top of the page. Use plain language — for example, "how do I add a new page" or "my site is down."
Browse by section
If you're not sure what to search for, browse the sections in the left sidebar. Each section has an index page that links to all the guides inside it.
Follow "Related guides" links
At the bottom of every article, you'll find a Related guides section. These link to other articles that are connected to what you just read. They're a good way to keep learning step by step.
How to read a guide
Every guide follows the same structure so you always know where to look:
Read the quick summary. This is the highlighted box near the top. It gives you the key point in two to four sentences. If you're in a hurry, start here.
Scan the headings. All headings describe the task they cover. You can skim them to jump straight to the part you need.
Follow the steps. Numbered steps are shown in a step block. Do them in order. Each step tells you exactly what to do.
Check Common questions. Most guides end with an accordion of questions real clients have asked. These often answer the "but what if…" follow-up questions.

yourbusiness.com) - A brief description of what you were trying to do
- What happened instead of what you expected
- A screenshot if you can take one — see how to take a screenshot if you need help with that
