If your domain name is registered with GoDaddy, or if you use them for website hosting, we will need access to configure your DNS records and point your domain to your new or optimized website.

Quick summary

GoDaddy has a built-in feature called Delegate Access. Log in to GoDaddy, go to your Account Settings, select Delegate Access, and click Invite to Access. Enter support@chykalophia.com and select the Products & Domains access level.

Step-by-step instructions

Beginner 3 minutes

Using GoDaddy's Delegate Access is the safest way to collaborate because you never have to share your master password or Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes with our team.

Log in to GoDaddy. Go to GoDaddy.com and sign in to your account.

Go to Account Settings. Click on your profile name in the top right corner, then click on Account Settings.

Select Delegate Access. In the menu (usually on the left side or in a grid of options), click on Delegate Access.

Click Invite to Access. On the right side of the "People who can access my account" section, click the Invite to Access button.

Enter our details. * Name: Chykalophia Support * Email: support@chykalophia.com

Choose the access level. Select Products & Domains. This allows us to manage your DNS and hosting settings, but explicitly prevents us from viewing your payment methods or purchasing new products on your card.

Click Invite. We will receive an email from GoDaddy to accept the invitation and securely connect it to our agency account.
