Giving Chykalophia access

Give us WooCommerce store access

How to safely grant us access to manage and optimize your online store without compromising sensitive customer payment data.

accesse-commercewoocommercebeginner

WooCommerce is deeply integrated into your WordPress website. To help you optimize conversions, add new products, or troubleshoot the checkout experience, we need access to your WooCommerce dashboard.

Quick summary

Because WooCommerce lives inside WordPress, granting us store access simply requires giving us standard WordPress Administrator access. You do not need to create a separate login for WooCommerce itself.

How to grant us access

Beginner 2 minutes

To give our team the ability to manage your WooCommerce settings, please follow our standard guide to give us WordPress admin access.

Once we have an Administrator account on your WordPress site, we will automatically have the necessary permissions to access the WooCommerce tab in your dashboard.

What we can (and cannot) see

We understand that e-commerce data is highly sensitive. As your strategic Growth Partner, we only access the data required to improve your store's performance.

What we CAN see * Store Settings: Shipping zones, tax

configurations, and email notifications. * Products: Inventory levels, descriptions, pricing, and variations. * Order Data: Customer names, shipping addresses, and items ordered (this helps us troubleshoot failed orders). * Analytics: Sales trends and conversion rates.

What we CANNOT see * Full Credit Card Numbers: WooCommerce does not

store full credit card numbers on your website. That data is tokenized and securely held by your payment processor (like Stripe or PayPal). * Your Bank Payout Details: We cannot see the bank accounts your funds are deposited into.
