How to securely grant us access to manage your domains or hosting in Namecheap without sharing your password.
If your domain name is registered with Namecheap, we will need access to configure your DNS records so your domain correctly points to your new website and email systems.

Beginner 3 minutesUsing Namecheap's Share Access feature is the most secure way to collaborate, as it protects your billing information and ensures you never have to hand over your primary password.
Log in to Namecheap. Go to Namecheap.com and sign in.
Go to your Domain List. From the left-hand sidebar, select Domain List.
Manage your domain. Click the Manage button next to the specific domain you want us to work on.
Find Share Access. Scroll down the page until you see the Share Access section, and click Add New Manager.
Enter our details. Type support@chykalophia.com into the "New Manager" field.
Set permissions. You will be prompted to select our access level. Please ensure we have permissions for Advanced DNS and Domain Contacts. Note: Namecheap automatically prevents managers from accessing your billing data or transferring the domain away.
Send the invitation. Namecheap will require you to enter your own account password to confirm the change. Once confirmed, an invitation will be sent to our team.
